The complete assemble-and-install system for the M177! We followed AMG’s footsteps and made use of the remaining space in this engine bay with an engine saving catch can! You won’t get Stage III power without this! Maintains crankcase vacuum at 1-2 inHg and keep the stock AOS from failing.

Features:

  • Mil. Spec. Black anodized lightweight Canadian T6-6061 single solid aluminum construction;

  • 1/8” NPT access for easy draining (approx. 250 mL or 8.5 oz. reservoir capacity);

  • NO-DRILL Mounting Brackets;

  • NO CEL;

  • Plumbed pre-Air Oil Separator (AOS);

  • Optimized flow from each cylinder head to Catch Can and Air Oil Separators;

  • Internal baffles, filters, coalescing media to prevent spill and accidental intake aspiration;

  • Slosh shielded reservoir;

  • Heat wrap for return lines to protect vital surrounding wiring;

  • Complete vacuum and pressure rated braided PTFE fittings and hoses;

  • Drag Strip CERTIFIED LEAK PROOF;

  • Maintenance reminder vinyl;

  • E85 compliant;

  • Year round use. Working temperatures of -20° to 250° F; -28° to 121° C. (Seals are serviceable) apply lithium grease on threads regularly).

OWNERSHIP AND USE

The bottom catch can be drained without removal from the bracket. The valve operates in 1-way fashion and maintains its seal until it is drained using the included piston syringe.

DO NOT disassemble any part of the catch can. Disassembly will void the product warranty (See FAQ M177 Installation Manual).

This part requires active maintenance; emptying of the catch can reservoir and refilling engine oil based upon the oil output. Be attentive to the oil level and oil top up requirements shown on the dash. Empty every 3,000 miles or 5,000 kilometers. Made in Canada. Developed & Tested all year long in the cold Canadian climate. Photos are representative only. Production may differ from images shown.
