HISTORY

The company started out as a gearhead enthusiasts’ journey, as with all gearheads, staring at your typical AMG shoe-horned engine bay.

The insight came about on the need for industry experts to come together, combining years of automotive and/or machining process, to develop nothing but the best parts for your Mercedes-Benz that maximizes engine output, engine lifespan and engine operation.

Our mission is to highlight the vehicles’ turnkey ability with the vision of a 63 Motorsports car going strong after track days as other built vehicles need mechanical work for repairs (a consequence from being severely over-driven, over-worked, and over-modified).

Our cars will never be hit with a DNF in a race! You can continue to pursue shows, meets, cars and coffee for years to come (not to mention groceries)!

Performance engines come with inherent concerns of reliability especially in a street atmosphere. Most owners will be faced with repair choices, return to the dealer for costly parts and service with replacements that will continue to breakdown (planned obsolescence) OR come to us for redesigned, restrengthened, properly specified parts for the beautiful all too deserving internal combustion engine that is the legendary AMG eight cylinder powerhouses.

In 2020, our framework for advanced testing took place; steps were taken to study the M156 valvetrain, it’s active function and role within the engine. Parts were disassembled, dimensions, specifications, volume, weight, drag coefficients, and the dynamic balance of the simple operations of the cam phaser were documented, some of these findings still live on within instagram. Cause and effects were painstakingly revealed and handled and treated as an ecosystem for the eight cylinder behemoth combustion engine.

Analytical instruments provided the critical learning and study that allow us to apply exotic metals (Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel) to strengthen and established the full global introspected rebuild of the AMG developed combustion engines that we all look after today. 63 Motorsports Inc. is a company on the quest for:
